Long View’s Tasha Westerman promoted to Senior Vice President, People Services

Calgary, Alberta (September 1, 2017) – Long View is pleased to announce the promotion of Tasha Westerman to Senior Vice President, People Services and as such a member of our Executive team effective September 1.

Tasha started with Long View in 2002 as our very first People Services person. She has seen our company grow from just a handful of people to what it has become today and has been instrumental in steering People Services throughout those years, while developing a team of caring and people focused, People Services professionals. She is passionate about creating an amazing environment for our people to fulfill their career and life goals and to ensure everyone has a “no regrets” career and life.

Tasha is a member of the MacKay Executive Forum, a peer to peer forum that creates an environment for business executives to excel and share experiences to confront both business and/or life challenges. She spends much of her free time advocating for young breast cancer patients through her volunteer work for Rethink Breast Cancer. In 2012, Tasha was named one of Avenue Magazine’s Top 40 under 40, which is a dynamic award that identifies outstanding young achievers in the community.
