As coronavirus (COVID-19) diagnoses continue to increase around the world, Long View is committed to the health & safety of its employees and the continuity of critical services to its clients and partners. Long View has a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in place that we are ready to activate if needed. As part of our BCP, we have assembled a COVID-19 Assessment Team who meet frequently to assess the current situation as it evolves. Please know that we have taken some immediate measures to maintain business continuity and protect the health of our employees, clients and partners.

  • If employees show signs of symptoms related to COVID-19, have traveled to an area of extreme caution as identified by the WHO, or have been in close physical contact with someone who has traveled to one of those areas, we require them to notify us and work from home for 14 days.
  • We now require all office visitors to complete a health assessment form when entering any one of our offices in North America.
  • We have shared best practice health tips with all employees, and placed extra hand sanitizing stations around our offices.
  • Discretionary travel will continue to be restricted and require executive approvals. All other travel will be restricted to client-critical travel.
  • Please work with your Account Manager on any planned travel to and from Long View. Virtual collaboration tools are working seamlessly.
  • If required, we have the capability to have our employees work from home with full and secure access to Long View’s infrastructure to support our clients.

 Key Considerations For Your Organization

We want to be clear that these policies don’t change how we work with you, or our ability to provide you the services and products you rely on. At Long View, we have a People First culture and these measures will help protect not only our employees, clients and partners, but also our communities as a whole.

We will be continually monitoring the situation as it evolves and will make adjustments to our plan accordingly to help keep everyone safe and healthy.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us as we would be happy to address them immediately.

Warm Regards,
Brent Allison, CEO Long View
