Denver, CO – July 28, 2010 – At a ceremony honoring outstanding accomplishments and leadership by Colorado’s advanced technology industry, Long View Systems has been awarded the prestigious Titan of Technology award by the Colorado Software and Internet Association (CSIA), the state’s largest and most influential technology association.
The 10th annual Apex Awards took place on Thursday, July 15 at The Robert and Judi Newman Center for the Performing Arts, where over 600 members of the technology community celebrated both a look back at the 10-year history of technology in Colorado and this year’s Apex Award winners.
“Long View Systems has demonstrated long term growth and stability through both the dotcom collapse and the present economic downturn,” said Su Hawk, President, CSIA. “They have an emphasis on continuous education, building lasting relationships with industry partners, and providing innovative solutions to their clients,” she continued.
The Titan of Technology award is presented to a large technology enterprise headquartered in Colorado that has proven sustainability and longevity. The company must demonstrate true leadership in the community and industry through innovation, reinvention (if needed), focus on business success, customer satisfaction, and community partnerships. The award winner must also demonstrate stable financials and growth strategy.
“We’re honored to be named the winner of the Titan of Technology award,” said Mike Smith, Denver Branch Manager at Long View. “This award speaks directly to Long View’s ongoing commitment to becoming a market leader in Colorado and to the success of our valued customers through the development of sales and support opportunities for the advanced technology solutions driving business today.”
