Challenge: 

• We recently supported an organization that had challenges around profitability reporting. Data was held in multiple data sets/sources, there was a lack of detail around how projects were performing, and overall a deficiency in understanding the full scope of costs

Solutions:

• We provided a redesign to their current architecture to align with their needs
• This was done through an agile approach consisting of sprints customized to meet the client demand
• We are building an analytic solution using Databricks and a Lakehouse architecture in Azure

• More cost-effective use of their cloud consumption
