Long View nabs ninth consecutive Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence award

CALGARY, Alberta (August 23, 2013) — The customers have spoken. And, once again, Long View has been recognized for Gold Star performance.

Long View, one of North America’s foremost providers in IT consulting, outsourcing solutions, and cloud services, recently learned that it had achieved Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence for the ninth consecutive time. Long View is a longtime Cisco Gold Certified Partner in Canada, and Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.

None of Cisco’s other Canadian partners has consistently won this award for this long.

Cisco uses its Channel Partner Program to recognize a partner’s expertise in deploying solutions based on Cisco’s advanced technologies and services. Using a third-party audit process, the program validates partner qualifications such as technology skills, business best practices, customer satisfaction, and pre- and post-sales support capabilities — all of which are critical factors in choosing a trusted partner.

Cisco measures the customer satisfaction levels achieved by its Gold, Silver, and Premier Certified partners based on regional target goals, providing a weighted average of a partner’s pre- and post-sales support over a rolling 12-month period.

Partners achieving outstanding customer satisfaction, such as Long View, are awarded the Customer Satisfaction Excellence Gold Star and can be found using the advanced search menu in the Cisco Partner Locator.
