This significant designation is granted to channel partners selected through industry surveys and based on an assessment of customer satisfaction results captured in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool. Cisco acknowledges Certified Partners that have the highest customer satisfaction distinction within each geographic region every quarter. Only the top 15 per cent of Cisco’s channel partners are eligible. Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a company can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.
