We’re excited to welcome Denyel Sears as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO)!

Denyel is a seasoned finance executive with 20+ years of experience in high-growth, asset-intensive, and service-based industries. She’s known for her strategic mindset, collaborative leadership, and ability to drive performance through transformation and insight.

Before joining Long View, Denyel served as VP, Finance at Certarus (now part of Superior Plus) and held leadership roles at Enerflex and GLBH Corporate Services. Her deep expertise in operations, governance, and financial systems has helped organizations grow with clarity and confidence.

A CPA, CGA, and proud University of Alberta grad, Denyel brings both rigor and vision to her work.
