Margaret is a powerhouse executive with deep expertise in strategy, transformation, and digital modernization. She’s helped global brands like Microsoft and Nike launch into new markets and brings incredible leadership from Brookfield Properties, Mercer, PwC, and APCO Worldwide.

She’ll be leading our Strategy, Marketing, and Practices teams, and working closely with our Data & Dynamics group as we scale this accelerating business for the future.

Based in Calgary, Margaret is also a passionate community builder—serving on the Boards of Special Olympics Alberta and the Calgary Public Library.
