In this session, you will hear how Microsoft has leveraged 'hacking' (that is, working on a new idea or improving a product or process) as a conduit for culture change. You will hear from key members of The Garage about how they developed the Global Hackathon and other programs – and what they learned along the way. This presentation and Q&A will cover an overview of the Hackathon, how hacking is evolving our business culture, the competencies and benefits of a hacking culture, some of the nuts-and-bolts of how we support hacking across a global and diverse environment, and how we are now, more than ever, expanding our engagement to include more Customers into the hackathon
