As an experienced Large Account Reseller (LAR) in Canada, our successes on project-based technology solutions, especially those focused on IT infrastructure and end-to-end operational outsourcing solutions (for SMB to Enterprise customers), are among our key achievements. Being a Microsoft LAR enables Long View to better assist its clients in most effectively realizing the benefit of their Volume Licensing Agreements (VLAs), Enterprise Agreements (EAs), and Select Agreements (SAs).

Microsoft Licensing Offerings

Our Microsoft licensing team offers 3 services:

• Licensing Acquisition Strategy: We educate our clients about the best way to acquire the licenses they need. We evaluate the most cost-effective options, contemplating existing agreements and suggesting new agreements with Microsoft in order to lower the ownership cost of their software while increasing the benefits associated with different programs. In addition, we help to identify better products or product bundles to resolve pressing technology needs.
• Microsoft Agreement Strategy: Long view evaluates the agreements in place and cooperates with the client the active Microsoft Agreement structure, ultimately identifying the best way to comprehensively cover the organization. We see the unique situation of our clients and deliver a view of Microsoft Agreement model that can ensure compliance and fulfill the desired procurement process. Long View is ready to assist our clients in organizing volume licensing when they merge or acquire other companies, open new branches, or modify their internal structure.
• Microsoft Agreement Management: Long View customizes a road map of actions for our EA and Select clients. This road map ensures that Software Assurance Benefits are activated on time, that deployment or Infrastructure optimization projects are discussed and due during the rational life of the agreement, and that cost projections beyond the expiration date are studied. We value a proactive approach to all transactional timelines, such as true-ups and renewals.
