CALGARY and DENVER (February 12th, 2014) — Long View, one of North America’s leading Hybrid IT solution providers, announced today that it has achieved a Customer Satisfaction Excellence Gold Star from Cisco. This designation recognizes Long View for delivering outstanding customer service to customers in Canada.

Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence assessment is based on customer satisfaction results captured by the Cisco Partner Access Online tool. Cisco measures customer satisfaction levels achieved by its Gold, Silver, and Premier Certified partners based on regional target goals, providing a weighted average of a partner’s pre- and post-sales support over a rolling 12-month period.

Following each measurement period, Cisco acknowledges certified partners earning the highest numbers within various geographic regions. Partners achieving Customer Satisfaction Excellence, such as Long View, are recognized in the Cisco Partner Locator with a special star representing their achievement.

In addition to its 10 consecutive times of Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence awards, Long View also earned four straight regional Data Center Partner of the Year honours, the Professional Services Partner of the Year award in 2013, Master Unified Communications Specialization in Canada in 2012, Cisco Cloud Builder designation within the Cisco Cloud Partner Program in 2011, and the North American Cisco Collaboration Partner of the Year award in 2010.
