Long View is seeking a professional and client – oriented Managed IT Services Operations Lead for our Vancouver Office! Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will contribute to the development of the Vancouver Managed IT Services Practice Plan and be passionate ensuring high customer satisfaction through quality delivery, MITS Governance and developing client relationships.

What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role which includes the following:
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies in service delivery
- Providing technical direction to branch consultants
- Arranging training as necessary to acquire and maintain vendor certifications, as well as to maintain the competence required to achieve practice goals
- Serving as the technical escalation point for the branch / office
- Providing sales support within the branch
- Confident, upbeat and engaging personality with the ability to lead
- A strong understanding of the local market
