Lucky Number 13: Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence

Long View Canada has been fortunate enough to be recognized by Cisco and our customers in each of the last 13 Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence periods. In this case 13 is our “lucky” number as Long View has been recognized in both the US and Canada for the first time ever.
The Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence award is given to gold partners that achieve a 4.6 or better out of 5 based on surveys completed by our clients. Long View Canada is in an elite group of partners worldwide who have achieved this badge in each of the last 13 periods (over 6 years straight). This year is unique because in June 2014 we achieved Cisco Gold Certification in the US which means this is one of the first periods the US can qualify.
