Phil Edgell
Executive Vice President, Operations

Phil directs Long View’s Service Delivery organization, which involves uniting the service delivery leaders and practices across all branches to increase capacity, develop further competencies and to ensure general excellence in service delivery across the enterprise. It’s a tall order but one Phil has proved himself more than worthy of since joining the team in 2002.

His success as a Systems Consultant, and technical sales engineer in his four years made him an obvious choice when it came time to find a leader of Long View’s British Columbia branch. Phil spent 6 years excelling in that role before assuming his current position as Vice President of Service Delivery. Phil holds an MBA from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business.

When he’s not at Long View, Phil enjoys soaking up the beautiful West Coast scenery with his wife and three children.
